Ruby-throated Hummingbird in Stream 6/17

In the North Central America we only have one species of Hummingbirds so they are easy to identify.  Ruby-throats come in April and leave in September.  They  fiercely defend their territory or Hummingbird feeders.  We enjoy seeing them all summer when it is quiet in Oakwood.  Watching Hummingbirds get a drink out of our stream was a highlight.
