Migrating Warblers at SPI 4/15

Our favorite birds for the 50 years we have birded together are the Warblers.  Since Gunnar's birthday is May 15, peak migration in Minnesota, we would take the day off and bird mostly at White's Woods.  This year we stayed in Texas an extra month so we could see the Migration of Warblers and others at South Padre,  There wasn't a huge fall out but it was lovely seeing the Warblers with many other birders.
Blue-winged Warblers are rare in MN but we had them in our yard.

Yellow Warblers have red stripes.

 Tennessee Warblers
McGillvary's Warbler was a great find but it didn't come out of the shadows for the hour we stood at watched for it.  Dan Jones took this photo. After a few weeks it was less shy.
