Success! A Mangrove Warbler SPI 4/11

After more than 3 hours standing on the boardwalk listening for their strong song in the last few week, we found them.  Finally  .  .   .
Five years ago we hired Scarlet for a boat excursion to see the elusive Mangrove Warbler.  The bird was sighted a few times but too quick for any photos.
This year two male Mangrove Warblers began  to reside in the Mangroves along the Madre at the Birding and Convention Center where the Mangroves were allowed to grow 10 feet higher than the boardwalks.  We heard them many times but finally at least one came out in the open.
